Payroll
Assistant
The suitable
candidate should possess the followings:-

At least SPM/ STPM / Diploma in Human
Resource Management or equivalent;

Preferably 1-2 years working
experience in payroll related field;

Good knowledge and understanding in
payroll matters.

Good command in English;

Good knowledge with Microsoft Office
Applications such as Words, Excel and etc.;

High degree of initiative,
independent, meticulous, service orientated and able to meet tight
deadlines.
ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT
Senior Finance / Accounts Executives
The
suitable candidate should possess the following:-

At least a Degree / Professional
Qualification in Accountancy;

Preferably 3 to 5 years working
experiences in supervisory position handling payments in a fast
paced environment in Oil and Gas or any Heavy Industry;
-
Good knowledge of computerized
accounting system, MS Excel, Words & etc.;
-
Independent, mature and motivated with
good analytical skills;
-
Good command of written and spoken
English;
-
Must be a dedicated team player and
able to work long hours with minimal supervision;
-
Meticulous, analytical and
resourceful;
-
Good time management and with great
attention given to details.
Accounts Assistants
The
suitable candidate should possess the following:-
-
At least LCCI/ Diploma in Finance /
Accountancy;

Preferably at least 2 years working
experience in Oil and Gas, Audit or any Heavy Industry;
-
Must be able to handle full sets of
accounts with minimum supervision;
-
Good knowledge of computerized
accounting system, MS Excel, Words & etc.;
-
Good command of English;
-
Must be a team player and able to work
long hours with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines;
-
Meticulous, analytical and
resourceful.
Accounts Clerks ( Permanent & Temporary)
The
suitable candidate should possess the followings:-

At least STPM,SPM or LCCI;
-
Preferably some working experience in
Oil and Gas, Audit or Heavy Industry;

Good command in English;
-
Must be a dedicated team player and
able to work long hours with minimum supervision and meet tight
deadlines.
ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
Administrative Executive
The
suitable candidate should possess the followings:-

At least a Bachelor Degree in Business
Administration, Business Management or equivalent;

Preferably at least 3 years experience
in general office administration in Oil and Gas or any Heavy
Industry;
-
Good command of written and spoken
English;
-
Good knowledge with Microsoft Office
Applications such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.

Strong interpersonal skills, problem
solving and communication skills;
-
Possess pleasant personality and able
to work independently with minimum supervision.
Administrative Assistant
The
suitable candidate should possess the followings:-

At least a SPM/ STPM / Diploma in
Business Administrative / Management or equivalent;

Preferably 1 or 3 years working
experience in general office administration in Oil and Gas or any
Heavy Industry;

Good command of English;

HUMAN
RESOURCE DEPARTMENT
H.R. Assistant
The
suitable candidate should possess the followings:-

experience in H.R. / employee management related field;

Good knowledge with Microsoft Office

ASSET
MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
Maintenance Clerk
The
suitable candidate should possess the followings:-

At least SPM or STPM;
-
Preferably 1 year working experience
at the similar position is Shipping / Oil and Gas line;

Computer knowledge in Microsoft
Office, Word, Excel, MProject and etc.;
-
Good command of written and spoken
English.;
-
Pleasant personality, proactive and
able to work independently.
Project
Manager (New Built)
The
suitable candidate should possess the followings:-
-
At least a Bachelor Degree in
Structural Engineering / Naval Architecture;
-
At least 10 years working experience
in the line of Marine Operations and 5 years in Shipbuilding &
marine Classification;
-
Good knowledge and understanding in
overall processes of marine / vessel operations including
construction cost, tender process, cost control, etc.;
-
Able to lead and liaise with clients,
sub contractors and relevant government authorities;
-
Strong
Shipbuilding knowledge, negotiation and leadership skills;
-
Able to
work under minimum supervision at a tight-deadlines and fast-paced
environment;
-
Experience
in handling multimillion ringgit project is an added advantage.

Good command of written and spoken
English;
Vessel Operations / Logistic Superintendent
The
suitable candidate should possess the followings:-
-
At least a Diploma in any discipline
of Engineering / Marine Operations related;
-
At least 10 years working experience
in the line of Marine Operations Logistic and minimum 3 years in
supervisory role;
-
Proactive, result and service
oriented, independent and to work under pressure.
-
Strong interpersonal and communication
skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
-
Willingness
to work in odd hours and travel when necessary.
-
Good command of written and spoken
English;
-
Good network with Oil and Gas crews of
this region is an added advantage.
ISM Certification Executive
The
suitable candidate should possess the followings:-
-
At least a Diploma in any discipline
of Engineering / Marine Operations related;
-
At least 5 years working experience in
the line of safety requirement related to Marine / Vessels
Operations;
-
Familiar with the practice of ISPS /
ISM Codes;
-
Good network with classification
bodies (GL, BV, LR, ABS, etc.) and relevant government authorities
(Sarawak Marine Department, etc.);
-
Pleasant personality, proactive and
able to work independently with minimum supervision.
-
Good command of written and spoken
English;
Technical Engineer – Hull and Structural
The
suitable candidate should possess the followings:-
-
At least a Bachelor Degree in
Mechanical / Electrical / Structural Engineering or Naval
Architecture;
-
Preferably with 5 years working
experience in shipping / marine operations line involving Oil and
Gas Industries;
-
Attended courses or experienced/
certified personnel with rotary machines, hull and structural;
-
Experience in control system such as
Dynamic Positioning would be an added advantage;
-
Familiar with the practice of ISPS /
ISM Codes
-
Good knowledge in MS Office & MProject
Applications;
-
Good command of written and spoken
English;
-
Pleasant personality, good
interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum
supervision.
Rotating Equipment Executives
The
suitable candidate should possess the followings:-

At least a Bachelor Degree in
Mechanical Engineering;

At least with 5 years working
experience involving the engineering works of rotating equipment in
marine operations and maintenances;

Specialized in Marine Engines &
Equipments;
-
Familiar with the practice of ISPS /
ISM Codes;
-
Able to work independently with
minimum supervision.
QA / QC Structural / Corrosion Executives
The
suitable candidate should possess the followings:-

At least a Bachelor Degree in
Mechanical / Structural Engineering;
-
At least with 5 years working
experience involving marine operations or maintenance works;
-
Specialized in marine corrosion
control;
-
Familiar with the practice of ISPS /
ISM Codes;
-
Able to work independently with
minimum supervision.
Business Development and Marketing Executives
The
suitable candidate should possess the followings:-
-
At least Diploma in Marketing /
Business Studies or equivalent;
-
At least 10 years in Business
Development and Marketing sector and 3-5 years in Marine Operations
/ business;
-
Willing to travel and relocated;
-
Good overall understanding and
knowledge in the Oil and Gas tender process;
-
Good network with PCSB / PMU/ Talisman
/ SSB / EMEPMI and other related government authorities;
-
Experience in dealings with
International Business is an added advantage.
Procurement Assistant
The suitable candidate should possess the followings:-
-
At least a Diploma in Business
Studies / Management or equivalent;
-
Preferably with 3 years working
experience in related job in shipping / marine operations line
involving Oil and Gas Industries;
-
Good command of written and spoken
English;
-
Good negotiation, interpersonal
skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
-
Meticulous, analytical minded and
resourceful.
